Description
Sebastiano Altomare (1946-2022) was a painter from Sicily, his research develops on geometric and constructive themes. Particular attention is paid to the experimentation and composition of shapes in space associated with bright colors tending towards the spiritual such as gold and blue. On the art scene since 1973, he has held various solo exhibitions, above all those at the Galleria il Ponte in Rome; at the Plastic Art Center of Udine; at the Dionisio Gallery in Syracuse and at the SpazioVitale Gallery in Catania. He has participated in numerous prestigious exhibitions in Italy, the Arab Emirates, Austria, Germany and Romania.
