In the ’60s, Rossanigo’s subjects were figurative.<\/p>\n
A few years later, from the early \u201c70s, he moved towards\u201d informal art, beginning that spatial research whose outcomes would come twenty \u201cyears later. For the rest of the\u201d 70s, after a brief \u201cArte Povera\u201d experience and throughout the \u201c80s, his attention was directed towards the development of surrealist themes in painting, graphics, and sculpture, with flattering results for originality and sign clarity.
\nStarting from\u201d 89, his association with artists from Carrara (Luciano Massari in particular) oriented him decisively towards sculpture. <\/p>\n
From there, his acquired familiarity with sculptural masses led him to resume his earlier work with canvas manipulation, which has produced the current expressive line (analytical\/objective) where the languages of painting and sculpture interpenetrate.<\/p>\n
