Claudio Parigi was born in Florence in 1954 and currently lives and works in his studio along the Arno River. He has traveled extensively around the world.
In addition to his artistic work, he is also active as a writer, having published travel stories, poetry collections, and art booklets. A passionate admirer of Renaissance sculpture and modern art, he blends classical influences with contemporary expression.
Some of his works—both in Italy and abroad—have recently been sold at major auction houses.
In the early 1990s, he began creating his first sculptures at the Del Chiaro Foundry in Pietrasanta, where he also collaborates with the Laboratorio Scultori Associati.
